Cindy Hayes is a professional fractional CFO specializing in helping small business owners realize their dreams by managing financial performance and developing business plans that are aligned with vision and strategy. She was a senior finance manager at Nike for over 10 years, and worked in various corporate finance, management consulting and business valuation roles in the U.S., New Zealand and Japan for about 10 years prior to Nike. With her passion in helping people and her financial planning expertise, Cindy wants to help awesome people reach their personal financial goals at every stage of their life.

Cindy has a Master of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Auckland in New Zealand, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. Being trilingual in English, Mandarin and Japanese, she also wants to help BIPOC community gain access to financial resources. She is actively involved in the community by serving as the treasurer of Oregon Outdoor Alliance and being a mentor for some CPG startup members of Cultivate Bend.
